Welcome to the forum
Yes, 7" fits just snugly around the stock tire.
The max that the swing arm will take is 7.1/4".. So, that's an alternative.
I'm still working on the mods and details but you see pics of the fender and other stuff in the thread for my build at....

The one I have in the 650 is 170...and yes 180 is what I have in my 1100..
