too powerful? was he already riding something else? what's his size? height/weight? does he have any physical limitations? i've never heard of the 950 being too powerful for anyone.

1. @bevo1991, I agree that this size of bike should not be a problem for anyone of "average" size (whatever THAT means) and of decent health. I ride a 1300, and I'm a girl, for crying out loud!

2. @Shepard-star, you might tell your son that even girls ride bigger bikes. I'll bet he reconsiders his decision.

3. @Shepard-star, if you simply need to sell, there is no need to withhold photos from your post just to have to email them all over the place. Upload them here, within your forum posts, if you want bites. Besides, the rest of us may enjoy the photos too, even if we are not looking to buy. Please share!
There is great need for a sarcasm font.

RE: 2009 V-star not needed.
I am not a BOT. I am in Indiana. Could not get a picture to post. Sons first try on a bike. He is 5-8 and 120 pounds. I started Him on this. I will try a link with pictures here again.
If anyone is interested My cell is 765-730-4433. No BOTs please.

I still can not post a pic, It says no clickable links. I also can not copy and paste the picture. I will figure this out. Anyone here want to tell me how to post pics. I do not have a problem on vulcan forums. I am shepsvoyager in the 1700 forums there. There are links to pictures there with the v-star there.

@shepsv-star
After reading this scroll down and there is a button in a Blue box on the right called "New Reply". Press it
Now you should have a screen in which to put your text in a text box.
Scroll down and there is a Blue Bar called "Attachments". Under it there is a box Called "New Attachment"
You can browse for your picture and put the link in the box.
Then move over to the right and click on "Add Attachment"
A box should open below this line with your attachment, go to the right and click on "Insert Into Post"
The attachment should show up in the text box wherever you had your cursor.
You can do more than one if you like.
Then scroll down and click on "Post Reply" Good Luck

I'm not paranoid. I know this is a conspiracy of BOTs to take over the forum. Why else would there be so many "Matts" on one forum? Smile

Remember on the Bob Newhart show, "Hi, My name is Larry and this is my brother Darrel and this is my other brother Darrel. My mom ran out of names".

There's a Matt conspiracy. I just know it.
