Vstar 1600 bleeding hydralic lifters problems
Hi guys new to forum I have a 2000 Vstar 1600 that I can not seem to get the lifters to bleed up. I did exactly as the manual says and tried bleeding them with kerosene with no luck at all. Then I got some advise to use a 10/30 motorcycle oil to try to bleed them out and still can't get them to bleed up.
I not sure maybe they getting bleed out I just expect them to not have any play in the hydraulic lifter it self once they bleed out. Is that the case should the lifter be solid once it has been bleed out.
Thanks hopefully someone has had this experience.
