RE: Yamaha "Genuine" Star windshield mount - broken!
Are you STILL carrying on?

You do have a pathological need to have the last word, and on a nasty note, at that.

I didn't want to tell you this as I was trying to keep this civil, but:

I haven't read a thing that you have written for about four days now. I have just responded to whether or not you have tried to end things on a civil note or not. And how do I know whether or not you have done so?

Because some of my friends have started coming to this site and reading this thread to give me the gist of what you are saying. Why are they doing this? Because they have started a pool on you. The criteria for their bets are:

1. Whether or not you say something civil to the effect of "fine, let us agree to disagree", which is all that I asked for, or you come back with a nasty response.

2. The shrillness of your response.

3. How long it will be before the moderators of this site get fed up and pull the plug on this thread.

4. Whether or not you suddenly disappear from this site for a period of time while you recover from a stroke or heart attack at the keyboard.

So, not only are you embarrassing yourself to people who have been coming to this site for a long time, you are also making a laughing stock out of this forum to people who don't even ride motorcycles and who, until recently, never knew that this forum existed.

On the plus side, you are providing entertainment to a number of people and your are stimulating the economy. A twofer. GO AMERICA!

As I said days ago, all I wanted to do was end this politely. YOU are the one keeping it going with your continuous attacks. I, will respond to the attacks, but, unlike you, I will do so in as polite a manner as possible.

If you want to continue embarrassing yourself not only to the people on this site but to an ever growing list of people who have nothing to do with this site (one of my friends has expanded the pool to his workplace), then feel free to do so.

I see that my post on the pool that is being run on you has been deleted, but I would be willing to bet that you saw it.

Payout on bets are pending your response.
