I don't have the cash to buy a aftermarket exhaust right now. I know there are probably a ton of threads on this already and I have searched a lot. Even YouTube. I really can't find a step by step way of drilling the stock exhaust baffles out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Take off the slip on.. look inside, on the motor side you see the cat. The other end is a freeze plug.. knock a hole in the plug, if you want drill a 1 1/2 inch hole through the cat.. its aluminum... that will make it louder,breathe... but much quieter then straight pipe.. mine sounds great for not buying vance and hines
