2014 Vstar 950 Exhaust Mod
Just purchased my vstar 950 about a month ago. Love everything but the exhaust. Seen videos on YouTube of before and after the exhaust mod but no step by step directions. Anybody familiar with this? I'd like to try it on mine til I get the money for aftermarket exhaust.

RE: 2014 Vstar 950 Exhaust Mod
I still would like a new exhaust note. But I did get a little more breath and throaty sound after installing the K&N filter.

Best/loud/bass type sound I've heard is changing the full system exhaust. A slip on is more affordable.

You're talking about drilling the baffle? I have no idea how to do it. But I kind of feel that if I really want to change the sound on my bike, I'm gonna want to buy a new exhaust or slip on.

Good luck if you figure out how to do it. Let us know the difference in sound!
