Oil choices for V Star 250
Cool The first oil change on my V Star 250 is coming up soon. I was wondering what oil to use. I live in South Carolina so the temperature range is 50-110 degrees. Based on the manual that calls for 20w-50. That seems heavy weight for such a small engine. I would like to use synthetic oil, wondering about the 20w-50 Mobile 1 for V twins. Lastly I heard not to use friction reducing oil. What is everybody else using. Doug.
