front brake lever adjustment
I've had a few bikes with hydraulic front brakes, and the levers were not adjustable for initial engagement, only for lever distance from the grip. So I thought the very late engagement was a big problem, worn parts, air in system.
So after inspecting the pads and bleeding the brakes, I could find nothing wrong.
Turns out, there is a Phillips head bolt held from turning by a 10 mm nut under the lever that must be turned in until it makes contact with the master cylinder plunger, then the nut can be retightened.
Now it works just like it should.
